Our Values...
COMPASSION
We believe every parent deserves dignity, time, and peace of mind during leave — not financial anxiety or silence from their employer. Compassion means making sure employees feel seen, supported, and respected, especially in moments of uncertainty or medical need (like NICU stays or early births). We bring a human-first approach to a system that’s often too transactional.
INTEGRITY
We manage people’s pay — and their trust. That means doing things right, down to the details: PAYE compliance, accurate reporting, clear clawback terms, and transparent pricing. Whether we’re supporting a first-time parent or a head of HR, our goal is to be reliable, accountable, and always acting in good faith.
PROGRESSION
Parental leave is evolving, and so are we. From neonatal legislation to the cost-of-living crisis, we stay ahead of policy and workplace trends to ensure our partners stay competitive, inclusive, and future-ready. We don’t just react — we lead. Capital Parent are focused on persistently elevating resources for our clients and their employees

Our Story
Parental leave is often a point of stress — for employers and employees. Pregnancy announcements can create anxiety around planning, coverage, and cost. Many employers find themselves worrying about reliability, retention, and how they’ll manage while key staff are away. At the same time, many employees feel apprehensive — unsure how their news will be received, or whether it might impact their career progression.
Capital Parent was founded by two siblings who understood firsthand what it means to face uncertainty. Raised by a single mother who passed away from cancer, they grew up watching her navigate the challenges of working parenthood without a safety net. That hesitation, rooted in gaps in support and policy, became the reason to build something better.
We provide enhanced parental leave support on your behalf — including top-up pay, compliance, payroll, and return-to-work structure — so you can offer care confidently, without the administrative burden. Our work helps bridge the gap between employer intent and employee experience, ensuring your team feels valued throughout every stage of leave.
Because supporting parenthood shouldn't be complicated — and it shouldn’t come at the cost of keeping your staff.
