The Enterprise Plan is Capital Parent’s most flexible and scalable solution, built for organisations supporting 15 or more employees per year through parental or neonatal leave. Designed to integrate seamlessly across large teams or multi-site operations, this plan combines custom financial structures with white-glove service and robust compliance support — ensuring care at scale without the administrative burden.

Included in the Enterprise Plan:

  • Full PAYE payroll management, including payslips, tax, National Insurance, and HMRC reporting

  • Customisable top-up rates, including up to £550 per employee per month for 3 months in parental leave top-up pay

  • Optional neonatal support: £575 per month for 3 months where neonatal leave is required

  • A return-to-work protection clause with integrated clawback tracking and recovery
