£11,100 Per Annum - inc VAT

The Essential Plus Plan is designed for small businesses ready to strengthen their parental leave offering, improve employee retention, and meet new neonatal care obligations. This plan supports up to 2 employees per year, providing a standard parental leave top-up and additional neonatal support where needed.

Included in the Essential Plus Plan:

  • Full PAYE payroll management, including payslips, tax, National Insurance, and HMRC reporting

  • £400 per employee per month for 3 months in parental leave top-up pay

  • Additional £415 per month for 3 months where neonatal leave is applicable

  • A return-to-work protection clause with integrated clawback tracking and recovery

  • Dedicated onboarding call for smooth setup and compliance (Employer Only)
