The Growth Plan is built for growing teams ready to offer enhanced parental leave benefits to a wider group of employees while ensuring compliance and operational ease. Supporting up to 5 employees per year, this plan provides larger-scale support without sacrificing the care, structure, or simplicity Capital Parent is known for.

Included in the Growth Plan:

  • Full PAYE payroll management, including payslips, tax, National Insurance, and HMRC reporting

  • £450 per employee per month for 3 months in top-up pay

  • A return-to-work protection clause with integrated clawback tracking and recovery

  • Dedicated employer onboarding call to ensure smooth setup and compliance (Employer Only)

  • Branded Employee and Employer Onboarding Pack

  • Branded Enhanced Leave Policy

  • Monthly employee touchpoint letters, curated blog content, and trimester-based support resources

  • Access to the Capital Parent Community

  • Quarterly usage reports to help track engagement and outcomes
