The Platinum Plus Plan is Capital Parent’s most advanced solution for employers seeking to offer industry-leading parental and neonatal leave benefits at scale. Designed to serve up to 8 employees per year, this plan combines robust financial support, end-to-end payroll management, and enhanced employee experience features — all while ensuring full compliance and ease of execution across larger or more complex teams.

Included in the Platinum Plus Plan:

  • Full PAYE payroll management, including payslips, tax, National Insurance, and HMRC reporting

  • £500 per employee per month for 3 months in parental leave top-up pay

  • £525 per month for 3 months where neonatal leave is required

  • A return-to-work protection clause with integrated clawback tracking and recovery
